- Seamstresses are here by appointment ONLY. Alterations are a
separate business from Sara Grace Co. and a seamstress is only in-house
when an appointment has been scheduled.
- Please call Sara Grace Co.to schedule your alteration appointment.
We will schedule you with the seamstress of your choosing or if no
preference, with the first available.
- You are responsible for calling to cancel or change your appointment. Missed appointments will be subject to additional fees.
- All fittings will be done at Sara Grace Co.
- Be sure to bring your undergarments and shoes to your fittings. Hemming of dress cannot be done if you do no have your shoes.
- Dress balances must be paid in full before alterations
can begin.
- Payments for alterations are made directly to your
seamstress. Payments must be
by cash or check ONLY. Garments will not be released until alterations
are paid in full. Payments at pick up time will only be accepted in
cash.
- Alterations for dresses purchased outside our store are subject to an additional service fee of $10, or $25 for bridal gowns.
